An 'Ode to Rain

In honor of the crazy endless rain we had all last week..i decided to devote a blog to the rainy weather and the mayhem/happiness it can potential cause...here's my list






Rain is the best thing since sliced bread when:
-your gonna lay in bed allllll day long
-your gonna lay in bed with someone special (your lovin the sound of the rain then lol)
-you aint got a damn thing to do but chill and be lazy
-your inside someplace in general, the rain is fine then
-ya the passenger in a car/bus/train..whatever
-you have ya "nature" moment and look outside and say wow the rain is so important and beautiful
-ya car has been dirty for weeks and the rain might actually give it a free carwash lol
-its been like ninty degrees all week long and the rain gives us a break
-it washes away all the pollin and crap which gives us people with allergies a break
-you got a solid umbrella and its not raining that bad




Rain is like the worst thing this side of the equator when:
-you have plans
-YOU have to drive
-you have like a million and one things that have to get down and they all require you to go outside
-your waiting for the bus which is usually always on time but today is just a lil bit late
- your outside walking in it
-you MUST go to work
-you got drama goin on and u look outside and it seems like even the earth is stressin..its all rainy and ugly
-ya basement floods (then u officially hate rain)
-you realize your umbrella is worth like 10 cents and breaks to peices while outside in the rain
-you forget ya umbrella and someone else jacks it
-you try to walk on a street with a million other people with umbrellas and they are not courteous
-you have one BIG ASS umbrella
-you experience that awkward "will this damn umbrella close so everyone can stop lookin at me fumbling" moment when tryin to get inside from the rain
-you get soaked by the rain and wonder "how dirty is this rain"
-its hot, rainy, and sticky..everything feels damp
-its raining AND windy
-you work outside



Yup i think thats about it...feel free to add to the list because weather makes or breaks our life sometimes, or at least it feels like it for that certain day, hour, or week
